Hi everyone! Sorry for not posting in a while. As we're sure it has been happening with you things are starting to pick up. Anyway in this blog we are going to talk about the 2021 NWSL Draft.
We don't want to talk about all of the picks because we don't think that you guys would want to look through all of that so we attached a link down below of all of the picks.
We still did want to provide you guys with some cool facts so here are some.
Dennis Rodman (the famous basketball player who we don't know much about because we aren't basketball players) his daughter, Trinity Rodman was drafted 2nd overall to the Washington Spirit.
Emily Fox who played for the University of North Carolina was the first overall pick and went to Racing Louisville FC. She was surrounded (but socially distancing) with USWNT players because she was called into the camp! Congrats to her for being the first overall pick and being called into the National team camp!
Another interesting fact is Brittnay Matthews, fiance of Patrick Mahomes (quarterback of the Kansas City Cheifs) took part in helping Kansas City with their draft picks after becoming an owner!
