We will be writing about Christen Press in this blog!
If you watched the US Women's National team play Costa Rica you saw the US end group A with a bang! Christen Press scored some pretty amazing goals. This Los Angeles native started the game off right by faking out her defender, cutting the ball to her left foot and rocketing the ball into the upper left corner with her left foot in the fourth minute! The fourth minute! Don't you guys think that was a beautiful goal!?! Christen Press continued to dominate throughout the game and then in 36th minute she shot the ball into the upper right corner and it was amazing. Later in the 63rd minute Sam Mewis scored off of a beautiful free-kick from Christen Press, all Mewis had to do was tap it in. Don't we all wish we could shoot that well!
We can't wait to see Christen Press rock it on the felid again!
