USWNT v Japan Player Spotlight: Lindsey Horan

Our player spotlight this week is Lindsey Horan! This Denver native had a goal in the 3-1 win for the US who won the SheBelieves cup on Wednesday 3/11.

Only 4 minutes after kick-off Lindsey Horan was pulled down by her jersey and tripped and then the Japanese player that was pulling her down fell on her and it looked like she hurt her shoulder pretty bad. They took her out to check on her but she went back in and she made the right decision. She kept helping her team throughout the game even after that really bad fall.

In the 83rd minute, Mallory Pugh crossed the ball in off of a corner where Lindsey Horan jumped up and met the ball with her head and put it into the near post to the left side of the goal!

Keep rocking it, Lindsey!
